I truly want you to be able to have maximum ganking abilities on your PvP server, just leave our game play alone on our PvE server.
Leveling not just numerically, by general progression. Getting rep capped and doing all the dailies. At the beginning of MoP for an example, there was a lot of work to do. One player having flying would have a much greater advantage than a player without it.
